Dr.Anoop Kumar is a dedicated professor of MBA department at KVM Institute of Management, Cherthala,Aleppy Dist. He has more than 20 years of experience- as an academician, middle-level manager, including as former Project Engineer –Siemens AG (Germany)-an MNC.
He has been teaching for MBA programme for more than a decade and has authored many research papers and articles in reputed Indian and International publications. Being worked with many MNCs, he blends both the experiences of academics and industry. Regular participant and presenter in national and international conferences. An active member of professional bodies like Kerala Management Association (KMA) and Institution of Engineers India (IEI).
Widely travelled in many of the European, African and Middle East countries, he inherits a cosmopolitan view in profession. Above all, enjoys in dealing with people.

Dr. Deepak Ashokkumar is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies. He has more than a decade of experience in the areas of Research, Academics and Combat Sports. Dr Deepak is a passionate Researcher with domains specific to Young consumers, Consumer Psychology, Psychology of youth, Sports marketing, Combat sports marketing and Services marketing with respect to Cinema/movie industry. Dr Deepak has numerous International and national Research papers published and presented to his credit. In addition, he is an active ambassador in the area of Mixed Martial Arts which is currently the fastest growing sport in the world. He is an active Combat sports Practioner, athlete as well as trainer. Apart from these credentials Dr Deepak is an active social media Vlogger as well with domains specific to Combat sports, Academics, Travelling and Tourism.
